RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership, development, support and motivation to direct reports, creating a positive environment that encourages ownership and accountability, and meets or exceeds business results. Create and develop unique food offerings that provide our Guest with a variety of selections. Ensure operational compliance of Global Walt Disney World Standards, Walt Disney World Food and Beverage Standards, Loss Prevention Standards, with adherence to the State of Florida DBPR and Walt Disney World Food Safety Standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years pastry/bakery management experience
* Demonstrated fundamentals of pastry and bakery skills
* Demonstrated creativity and innovation skills
* Proven computer skills
* Demonstrated good organizational and time management skills
* Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse Cast
* Ability to work flexible schedule with variable shifts and days off in a rapid changing environment

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associate's degree in Pastry Arts or equivalent
* Proven Food Safety Certification
* Proven knowledge of industry trends and practical business application
