Hours: M-F 8-6/ 9-6/ 10-7
Location: NW OKC- Rockwell
Salary $10-12 + Incentive Plan
This position is responsible for providing mortgage industry call center customer service. As a customer service representative, an individual will have an opportunity to learn about all aspects of mortgage servicing. Bilingual candidates are encourages to apply and will receive additional compensation for Spanish -speaking skills.
Enthusiastic individuals who are good listeners, detail oriented and interested in providing customer service are most successful in this position.
The successful candidates will have a work history that includes 1-3 years of excellent customer service and communication work experience in a call center setting along with strong PC/data entry and math ability. Must have stable work history and tenure.
***There will be monthly bonuses attached based on performance; which includes productivity, quality of phone calls, and attendance.
