Description:
Partner with Trainers and Program Managers to gather key information needed to coordinate
learning programs and events.- Create and maintain master calendar for training activities, aligning frequency
needs to trainer availability and budget constraints. - Coordinate logistics for learning events including room, food, materials, registration,
confirmations, transportation, materials reproduction and equipment arrangements.- Support marketing activities to effectively promote learning events. Communicate
appropriate program details to clients including training objectives, duration,
date/time, chargeback and pre-work information to ensure target audiences are taking
appropriate training at the right time to ensure compliance.- Track costs and charge backs related to training logistics and associated with
training delivery and ensure alignment with overall budgets.- Deliver excellent customer service to support world class learning programs. - Establish and/or improve training support processes to gain efficiencies.- Assist with maintenance of course calendar, training resource files, registration
site and other program resources.- Business travel, by air or car, is required for regular internal and external
business meetings Skills: - Qualified candidates must have a proven track record leading development projects and a strong technical knowledge of project management methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced, ever-changing, team-based environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, presentation, organizational and management skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and align plans with external business partners.- Strong organizational, time and project management skills- Strong attention-to-detail- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals- Diplomatic, yet assertive when administering department policies. - Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
throughout all levels of the organization. Education: Bachelors Degree (education,
business or project management disciplines strongly preferred)
