Our Ad Operations team, located in New York and Vancouver, support the performance marketing and direct payment end of the Super Rewards platform.  We are looking for individuals looking to learn and grow in one of the web's fastest developing niches.
 
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our SR Account Manager will be continuous customer satisfaction & success.   Responsibilities include: 
 
Client Services:  Assists ad sales team in the support and growth of both direct advertiser relationships, as well as ad agencies/networks.
 
 
Mentoring/Training:  The purpose is to learn the business quickly while contributing to the overall performance of the channel.  Understand how to identify an “A” grade client and outline a plan of action to realize the potential of a client. 
 
Additional duties include:
 
·         Ensure continuous customer satisfaction & success, which may require modifying plans and working with other team members to see that customer satisfaction is high.
·         Copy writing for direct response advertising
·         Monitoring and maintaining overall platform performance and integrity
