Adecco is currently recruiting strongly experienced medical billing and coding professionals available and currently seeking opportunities in and around the greater Hartford, CT market.
All qualified candidates will perform the following tasks and have the following skills and experience(s):
• Strong understanding and expansive knowledge of medical vocabulary and medical terminology.
• Ability and working knowledge in the main diagnostic (ICD) and procedure (CPT) coding systems.
• Review and process insurance claims and third party reimbursements in an accurate and timely manner while showing attention to detail.
• Interact and communicate on a professional level with medical professionals, patients, insurance companies and all other necessary levels of personnel.
• Ability to interact and maintain polite, courteous and professional demeanor as will have frequent contact with medical professionals/patients and must uphold the ethical standards of the health care field.
