Description:
Space Coast Credit Union, the 3rd largest credit union in Florida, is seeking an experienced professional to manage and develop our Collections Department.
This is a high-profile position reporting to the Director of Collections, supervising a staff of 14 collection specialists handling loss mitigation, foreclosures, bankruptcy, collateral liquidation, short sales, REO’s, repossessions, and loan modifications.
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of management experience in a banking or credit union environment with a proven, measurable track record of an aggressive and successful approach to reducing delinquencies and charge-offs. Additionally, we are looking for a manager who understands how to set and monitor performance standards and hold staff accountable for achieving results. You must be able to analyze data and recommend action based on the analysis.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive base salary, plus an opportunity to earn variable pay based on meeting specific production goals. Relocation will be considered.
