Description:
This role provides effective and efficient service and support to customers and
GNS team members and represents as a world class service organization while promoting
revenue growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. They will assist the
Customer Project Manager (CPM) in managing the customer expectations and overall
customer experience for performance for all products and services. They will be
a point of contact for customer interactions from the customer order through service
activation. They will serve as a secondary conduit and escalation point for exception
problem management of customer troubles and issues in the areas of order entry,
order validation and service activation. Assist with managing large, complex, customer implementation projects as needed.
Coordination and communication with Planning and Deployment, Architecture and Engineering,
Service Activation, and Customers themselves are key responsibilities associated
with this position. Additional requirements will include: maintaining project deadline,
serving as the secondary point of contact with the customer, working with a project
team, understanding unique aspects of projects, as well as understanding technical
and operational specifications.
