Job Summary: Participate in architecture, design, and development of dictation and transcription softwareDocument solutions in incident reports
Write Unit Tests
Work with Q Team to develop test cases and scenarios
Work closely with Product Analysts and Testers to assure the application for correct behavior and quality of release
Work closely with Product Analysts to solve and mitigate client escalations and provide quick turn around time for client escalated issues
Writing scripts in Envox Computer Telephony Application for communication with Telephony hardware
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Maintain superior customer and employee relations in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills
Maintain a positive attitude in a team environment
Take individual initiative and responsibility for assignments
Meet timelines set in project plans and produce high quality product
