Staffing and recruiting services leader Adecco has outstanding opportunities with a prestigious Rolling Meadows, IL employer. Our client, a top financial company, has an immediate need for experienced Mortgage Underwriters with government experience.

? In this role you will underwrite residential loans ensuring compliance with appropriate company and secondary market investor standards.
? Examine loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
? Work with loan originator or production staff to secure all required documents and work with other underwriters on loan exceptions.
? Have authority to withdraw and decline loans. May be involved in one or several types of mortgage lending (conventional, Rural Housing).
? Extensive internal customer contact required.

The pay rate range is $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Requirements:
Candidates must have at least two years recent residential mortgage loan underwriting experience.
Candidates with government experience are ideal (FHA, VA, HUD)
