Role: Front Line Leader: : Screening Pharmacist
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Assignment Capsule
The successful candidate will lead and guide a team of 15 associates responsible for reviewing prescriptions for accuracy of entry by technicians, reviewing participant profiles, monitoring appropriateness of therapy, drug interactions, and drug allergies. As a Front Line Leader, you will monitor and track associate's performance, coordinate efforts with multiple departments, hire and train team members, ensure polices and procedures are being followed, solve problems, motivate your team and much more.

Similar work experience in an operation setting.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Role Essentials
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D.
Licensed as a pharmacist in Arizona.
Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs.
Leadership qualities.
Time management and organizational skills.

Reporting Relationships
This position reports to a department Manager.
