We are currently seeking candidates for a Director of Pharmacy Services at Innovis Health in Fargo, ND.
Innovis Health is a south Fargo Hospital comprised of a hospital and clinic. The arrangement of the clinic and hospital, allows for an efficient management of resources. They have 86 private patient rooms, including critical care, medical surgical care, pediatric, neonatal intensive care, and maternity care. Services on-site include a 24 hour Emergency Department with Level II trauma designation as well as Urgent Care which is staffed 12 hours a day. The hospital and clinic at this location have a combined 10 operating room suites, which include inpatient and day surgery. Innovis Health is a fully staffed pharmacy looking for a Director that wants to improve clinical programs, establish an ASHP residency program and work for one of the best healthcare systems in the Midwest.
As Director of Pharmacy Services with Innovis Health, you will have a full support team available to you, from a Regional VP, Regional Clinical Director, 340B Specialist, Regulatory Specialist, Drug Information Specialist, other CPS Directors and more. We’ll rely on you to oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling and supervising activities in the hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. You’ll recommend innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to Administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. You’ll need the ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns in addition to the ability to work cooperatively with other members of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services and hospital and pharmacy staff.
Our ideal candidate has at least 2 – 5 management years experience in a 50 plus hospital bed setting. Experience with Joint Commission, Clinical, Purchasing, etc. preferred. ND licensure required.
