Description:
Responsibility will include responding to customer requests submitted by several
means including phone, email or the customer portal regarding billing inquiries,
disputes or collections while working in a ticketing system. Contact various departments
in order to obtain background information to resolve customer questions or disputes.
Need to ability to calculate credits using job aids provided. Need to be comfortable
with obtaining needed approvals to apply credits in various systems. Majority of
the time they will be Interacting with customers on the phone so a professional
customer focused approach is a must. Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must be very comfortable working with numbers as calculations on spreadsheets are
required. Communicating with the customer in a verbal or in written form must be
in a professional manner and must have excellent customer satisfaction skills.
