CAFÉ ASSOCIATE
The primary function of the Café Associate is to ensure that while customers are in the Bob’s “On The House Café” they are treated in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, enhancing the unique shopping experience enjoyed at Bob’s Discount Furniture. The Café Associate makes certain all refreshments are available and displayed, the café is clean and neat and the various amenities are being operated properly.
CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITION MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK A RETAIL SCHEDULE WHICH INCLUDES WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, AND SOME EVENINGS
Key qualifications are:
· Strong aptitude for customer service, friendly and outgoing, with a clean and neat personal appearance.
· Basic kitchen maintenance skills
· Knowledge of safety and sanitary practices
· Excellent communication and listening skills
· Strong interpersonal/customer service skills
· Bilingual a plus but not required
· Willingness to assist in other areas of the store
