Description:
We have an immediate need for a Manager of Staff Development Services. This company is a non-profit membership organization and is looking for a team player, customer orientated and self-motivated individual for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage contracts and planning details for presentations and special events sponsored by the clients program for staff in member libraries
Manage description, promotion, registration, logistics, and evaluations for the program presentations and special events
Manage the collection, promotion, use, and evaluation of independent learning such as free web tutorials and library specific media loans
Manage statistics and reports
Analyze and implement improvements to the program's processes and procedures
Other duties as assign
Knowledge:
3 years experience in public programming or events management required.
Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Management
Masters in Library and Information Service a PLUS
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
