Kohler Hospitality, operators of the Midwest's only 5-Diamond resort, is currently looking for a hard working individual to work as Baker at The American Club.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to exceeding guests' expectations in food quality, preparation, and presentation. Bakers need to have a working knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and equipment use. Bakers should also have experience with all phases of baking and possess good communication skills.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: professionalism, time management, teamwork, and dedication. Candidates should have the ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift as well as lift up to 50 pounds. A working knowledge of culinary terms and techniques is preferred.

This is a Full-Time employment opportunity and the hours will be primarily 1st shift, including weekends.
