Kohler Hospitality, operators of the Midwest's only 5-Diamond resort, is currently looking for an energetic individual to work as a Server in the Wisconsin Room at the American Club.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing guests with gracious service, by efficiently serving quality food and liquor in a clean, friendly atmosphere. Candidates should have experience with operating a point of sales system, cash handling, monitoring inventory, and managing prep work. Servers must maintain a working knowledge of the menu, as well as available services and amenities offered throughout the resort and community.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: professionalism, customer service, the ability to work independently, and adaptability. Candidates must be 18 years of age, and have the ability to complete the Learn 2 Serve Certification upon hire. They should also have the ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

The Wisconsin Room serves breakfast and dinner daily and candidates should be open and flexible to working either shift. Weekends are required.
