Our Branch Managers help the branch meet and exceed sales goals by developing new relationship through outside sales activities and community involvement in the marketplace. As a Branch Manager, you will deepen existing relationships and ensure that the branch is providing exceptional customer service. In addition, Branch Managers develop and maintain profitable relationships with other lines of business in areas such as Investments, Private Client Group, Small Business, etc. Branch Managers also help develop the branch sales team by implementing effective sales strategies and coaching to success.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED
· 1 year of managment experience in retail banking or 5 years of retail (non-bank) managment experience.
· 2 years of sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

· College degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience
· 3 years of sales management
· 5 years of branch banking experience
