Responsibilities:
Analyze credit hold orders for approval to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
Review credit lines and determine the risk to extend credit to new and existing customers utilizing
D & B, bank and trade references or other financial data.
Reviews/monitors orders withheld from shipment for possible release.
Receive in-coming calls from customer's and sales agents.
Reconciles customer's accounts receivables and corresponds as needed.
Creates and reviews various reports to monitor credit activity.
Requirements:
5 years experience as a Credit Analyst. Associates Degree preferred.
Job knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices.
Ability to problem-solve and demonstrate good decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills, analytical and time management skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office products and internet.
