Financial Controller
Job Description:
Dual reporting to the president of the company and the chairman of the board
Duties include the following:
General Ledger detail account analysis and reconciliation
Oversee accounts payables
Oversee accounts receivables
Oversee payroll administration
Worker's Compensation analysis and evaluation
regular preparation of internal financial statements
Minimal human resource functions(new hires, etc)
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance
Skills needed:
Cost Accounting(department costing and evaluation)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, i.e, Word , Excel,
Strong working knowledge of the following accounting software programs: ACCPAC-SBT, Quick books-Enterprise
