Description:
Asset Management System, PassPort, along with peripheral supporting applications,
is used by Company businesses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas and other locations
to provide Work Management, Equipment Tag out, Action Tracking, and Procure-to-Pay
business processes. This project is to implement a web application interfacing
with PassPort to create and update Condition Reports (CR) into PassPort Action Requests,
along with supporting reports.Interface/Mainframe DeveloperDesign and develop an interface to receive XML messages from MQ Series, parse records,
and create and update Action Request/CRs and associated records in the PassPort
mainframe application according to the defined user requirements. Will be responsible
for compiling and deploying the interface to the development environment. Will
also work with the PassPort Technical Architecture team to coordinate any necessary
table modifications, creation of CICS transactions, batch jobs, etc. Will work directly
with business subject matter experts in developing and confirming the design. Support
user testing. Make code production-ready. Pre-deployment activities and documentation.
Operations guide. Regularly report progress to Project Lead during scheduled status
meetings and via status reports.May assist with other areas of the project (such
as web reports) as time permits.Skills:Minimum Requirements:Cobol, CICS, JCL, XML, IBM MQ Series, DB2, z/OSDesired:Omegamon, Ventyx PassPort 10.0.5/Asset Suite 5.0.5, Attachmate, HTML, Java programming,
