Description:
Location: Berlin, CT8 MonthsThe technical writer will write responses to the NERC Reliability Standard Audit
Worksheets (RSAWs) in preparation for the 2010 Compliance Audit. The responses describe
compliance with specific NERC Standards. The candidate MUST have knowledge of NERC
Reliability Standards relating to transmission operations, an understanding of the
wholesale electric power markets and MUST have prior Compliance experience. Typical
day will consist of writing RSAWs and working on documents that will support the
RSAWs. MINIMUM of 3-5 years experience as a technical wirter and EXPERIENCE IN THE
INDUSTRY REQUIRED. PROFICIENCY in Word and Acrobat Professional (or Standard 9.0).
Will also use CATSWeb - experience preferred but not required. Degree preferred
but will consider candidates with extensive experience.
