Description:
Company located in South Orange County is looking for a candidate that is looking to grow into a sales position. The ideal candidate must be open to starting in an administrative role while growing and learning the sales culture of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Streamline financial reports and create spreadsheets for Regional Vice President and Branch Managers including but not limited to Full-Time Production Spreadsheets, Weekly Reporting, Weekly Scorecards, Monthly Sales Report, and Minimum Standards Overview
Provide assistance to field personnel on generating reports
Provide assistance to field on computer software programs
Process and track full-time placement slips
Process and track minimum standard reports
Examine and identify potential aging issues
Create flyers, client brochures and other marketing tools for region as necessary
Conduct training as requested to employees throughout region
Provide aid and support to all Office Coordinator
Conduct Office Coordinator audits of all government paperwork required
Manage all Regional Vice President correspondence
Assist in implementation of policies and procedures for major clients as necessary
Assist in implementation of policies and procedures for regional employees as necessary
Collect information on targets and clients by utilizing the inter net
Assist in the coordination of Branch Manager Meetings including making copies, transparencies, presentations, flyers, setting up the room, laying out lunch and/or breakfast, as necessary
Assist in coordination of Regional banquets and sales rallies
Assist in HR functions such has processing payroll status change forms and entering employee data
Assist in the creation and implementation of regional incentives and rewards
Order and maintain office supplies
Order and maintain office equipment such as computers, monitors, printers
Faxing, photocopying, filing and other general office duties as necessary
Assist with New Hire paperwork by creating offer letters and checking all new hire data prior to submitting to HR
Account Executive and Office Coordinator duties in offices throughout the region
Create and Manage Office Coordinator incentive programs
Travel arrangements for Regional Vice President and Branch Managers
Identify potential candidates for the regions offices (i.e. Account Executive, Office Coordinator)
SKILLS/QUALIFICATION
Intermediate computer skills including creating spreadsheets and use of graphics programs/strong computer aptitude
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to interface with all levels of employees
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented
Flexible
Team player
