For more information, please visit: www.3m.com/skinhealth The eBusiness Manager is a results-oriented individual with experience in e-commerce, website development, including database marketing strategies and internet-related promotions. The eBusiness Manager leads e-marketing efforts (including outside agencies), strategy development, and implementation and measurement of all online promotion and search engine optimization strategies. The eBusiness Manager utilizes effective online communications to extend and support the overall brand experience. The position of eBusiness Manager located in Maplewood, Minnesota will be responsible for but not limited to the following specific duties: Essential Responsibilities: Develop eBusiness Strategic & Operational Plan for the SWC Division.
Lead the marketing and communications team in planning and prioritization of interactive marketing programs and relevant measurement of email, personalization and search initiatives.
Drive key online projects from concept through launch including working cross organizationally and with external vendors. Ensure timelines, budgets, and commitments are met and provide exceptional communication to team members, leaders, and stakeholders throughout the process.
Communicate and assist in establishing best practices, improvement opportunities, technical and legal developments to improve overall eBusiness competency.
Manage and expand e-panel database
Managing or participating in special projects as assigned.
Set and "evangelize" standards for email marketing and search engine marketing best practices.
Create awareness of web technology and use of the web as a business channel, as well as articulate the benefits of an optimized user experience to all levels of the organization.
Ensure compliance with terms of use/privacy policy, CANSPAM and other permission-marketing email practices including management of corporate opt-out lists.
