Engineering leadership.  As a senior member of the team in our growing Houston office, you will lead major projects, develop client relationships, deliver projects according to client needs and budget, lead concept development of building systems, define and lead design process and engineering design document production, and guide a team of AEI's experienced design engineers.  
 
Marketing presence.  This position involves participating in project interviews, providing high-level client service, establishing long-term partnerships, keeping abreast of market trends, and ensuring resolution of all technical and service issues. 
Your qualifications.  We provide high-level quality and service to our clients.  Qualifications for this position include:
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program
PE license in Texas or ability to become registered in Texas
10+ years in consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across MEP disciplines
Successful management of large and complex projects for sophisticated clients healthcare, laboratory, infrastructure, higher education, industrial, or R&D facilities.
Demonstrated leadership on projects and with staff.
Long history of very satisfied clients.
Fully developed spoken and written verbal skills.
