Performs evaluations, develops and implements effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments aimed at improving abilities to carry out the activities of daily living. Comprehensive evaluation of home and job environments and recommendations on necessary adaptation. Assessments and treatment for performance skills and recommendations and training in the use of adaptive equipment with guidance to family members and caregivers.
