Requirements Analyst:
This individual will serve as a Requirements Analyst performing information analysis and data management in the TA-LCMC, ILSC Army Force Generation Integration Directorate. The individual will need experience in the applications of Microsoft Excel, general knowledge and experience with database management systems, knowledge of data/records management, an understanding of business process analysis and some exposure to production operations. The individual needs to be detailed-oriented, be able to coordinate with a large number of individuals and meet production schedules. The individual will need to be knowledgeable and have a historical perspective of the Army's Reset Program, in particular the individual should be familiar with the maintenance of TACOM-managed equipment. A college degree in a technical field or business administration is desirable but not necessary if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
Job Duties:
Support the consolidation and integration of requirements data received from the field into a consistent EXCEL data base, provide verification and quality control of requirements data and assist in preparing the integrated budget justification for the ARFORGEN program for FY+1 and out-years.
The Requirements Analyst will support the TACOM RESET Requirements Planning and Programming as part of the ARFORGEN (Army Force Generation) Integration Group and the requirements are determined in conjunction with TACOM Product Support Integration Directorates (PSID) and Program Management (PM)/Program Executive Offices (PEO). ARFORGEN Integration Group members consolidate data received from each deployed Army Command (ACOM) and provide a spreadsheet that lists each TACOM-managed Line Item Number (LIN)/National Stock Number (NSN) that is anticipated to return from SWA. Logic, business rules and historical return rates are applied to equipment densities to obtain a total program quantity. A key consideration for requirements forecasting is whether or not the identified items are on the Automatic RESET Item (ARI) list. Total deployed densities and anticipated costs for parts and labor for repairs (unit & above unit @ field, depot, and contractor levels) are reviewed.
