CHENEGA FEDERAL SYSTEMS, LLC.Company Job Title: Training Analyst Chenega Job Title: Analyst III, TrainingClearance: Current secret clearance or eligibleLocation: Kings Bay, GAReports To: Program ManagerFLSA Status: ExemptPrepared Date: 9/17/2009Approved Date: 9/17/2009Summary: In support of the Navy's Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), provide onsite support for Strategic Weapon System (SWS) training simulators provided by SP205. SP205 is the Operations, Evaluation, and Training Branch of SSP.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform at least one of the essential functions of this position:1. Install simulator software and respond to simulator trouble calls.2. Develop and use training materials to support local navy and SSP in simulator operation.3. Perform simulator product reviews and identify lessons learned and product recommendations. 4. Coordinate with local navy to implement simulator in formal/informal training.5. Assist SP205 in the coordination and promotion of SSP-provided simulators.6. Perform special tasks as assigned by the onsite supervisor. 7. Other duties to meet business/operational needs.Supervision:This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.Minimum Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.1. Must have attention to detail when preparing presentations, reports, or documents.2. Must be able to multi-task and change direction frequently depending on directives from the customer and the Project Manager. 3. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, establish task priorities, track work assignments, and develop realistic plans of action. 4. Must have above average communication skills; present numerical data effectively and able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental instructions. 5. Must have knowledge of US Navy local training facility organization and ability to coordinate and interact professionally with various organizations via e-mail or telephone. 6. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions and work well in group problem-solving situations. Education and/or Experience: 3-7 yrs. experience supporting the Strategic Weapon System (SWS). Curricula development or navy instructor experience preferred. High School diploma or equivalent.Computer Skills: Must have advanced knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). MS Outlook experience a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: N/AClearance: Current secret clearance or eligibleChenega Corporation is an EOE. AA/M/F/D/V. Native preference under PL 93-638.
