As the National Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing TriNet’s national marketing efforts. You will report directly to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager and develop and execute national lead generation and client programs to include: email marketing, webcasts, and event marketing. You will serve as a key member of the demand generation team and contribute to the campaign messaging, positioning and strategy that drive appointments for the field. Preferred qualities include familiarity working in marketing departments for B2B service companies, developing strategic demand generation campaigns, a diverse marketing background, flexibility and a sense of humor. Job Duties Program Management Responsible for developing comprehensive campaigns that then translate into executable strategies to include offer development, sequence of tactics, and follow-up Responsible for organizing and coordinating work processes, schedules, and budgets with cross-functional teams Manage the execution of national webcasts and podcasts which includes securing speakers and preparing presentations to ensure high quality programs Manage campaign activity through Sales Development team and ensure follow-up Analysis and Reporting Provide analyses on campaign performance, conversion rates, spend, cost per lead and ROI to identify impactful lead-gen opportunities Use data and analytics to help develop actionable strategic recommendations to maximize campaign success Job Requirements Demonstrated team player with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in software or services. B2B experience selling to the SMB market is preferred Excellent organizational and project management skills - able to multi-task in fast-paced environment Strong understanding of direct marketing practices and procedures, lead generation and lead development programs Excellent and creative written and oral communication skills Out-of-the-box, creative thinker – must be able to thrive in a dynamic, demanding work environment Minimum of a BS degree in Business or Marketing Solid experience with Salesforce.com and in Excel using piv...
