Job Summary and Purpose: The NRECA Employee Benefits (NEB) Application Development and Support team is currently responsible for supporting the online initiatives and requests from all of Insurance & Financial Services and the Internal Services teams that support the I&FS benefits programs. Demand for additional online functionality, which increases automation, reduces paper processing and reduces print/mailing costs, continues to grow year after year. Develop specialized development skills in the ActiveDocs software, used on multiple subsystems within the NRECA Employee Benefits websitePerform specialized ActiveDocs development on multiple projects simultaneously in support of business initiativesTake ownership of problems/tasks/projects and work them through completionRespond to and help to resolve production issues as neededIdentify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely mannerProvide full life-cycle development including requirements analysis & documentation, design, development, testing and implementation of .NET based applications that support business goalsDevelop new and modify existing applications, specifically those applications involving ActiveDocs document generationPerform application software analysis and integrationProvide system and process documentation
