Description:
Kohler Hospitality, operators of the Midwest's only 5-Diamond resort, is currently looking for a hard working individual to work as Cook at the Horse and Plow.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to exceeding guests' expectations in food quality, preparation, and presentation. Cooks need to have a working knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and equipment use. Cooks should also have experience with controlling inventory, food cost, and the pace of service.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: professionalism, time management, teamwork, and dedication. Candidates should have the ability to walk or stand for the majority of each shift as well as lift up to 50 pounds. A working knowledge of culinary terms and techniques is preferred.
