Description:
FINRA is seeking well qualified individuals for ourDiversity and WorkLife Analyst III opening. This position will work out of ourRockville, MDorNew Yorkoffice. To be considered for this position, please submit your resume through our careers site.

Position Summary
The primary responsibilities of this position will be to lead and administer various Human Resources (HR) programs and initiatives with an emphasis on complex data and statistical analysis, EEO and OFCCP compliance, Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) planning, and Diversity and WorkLife program management. Will work closely with other HR functions to assess existing programs and provide and/or determine metrics and analysis to maximize the value of the programs and initiatives.


Education and Skills
§ Bachelor’s Degree required.

§ A minimum of five years HR program and project management experience. Specific experience with diversity and worklife programs preferred.

§ Ability to analyze and assess data for interpretation and to offer recommendations.

§ Strong understanding of employment and compliance laws and agencies such as the EEOC and OFCCP.

§ Ability to work independently; self-motivated.

§ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines; effective time management skills.

§ Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills (oral and written).

§ Proficient in the use of MS Office applications; particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with database software such as PeopleSoft, MS Access and project management tools such as MS Project a plus.

Working Conditions

Normal office environment.
Occasional travel.
