Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities: Directing and planning the day to day operations of group benefit programs (group health, dental, vision, short term and long0term disability, worker’s compensation, life insurance, travel and accident plan, flexible spending plan, 401(k) plan and retirement plan); assisting with vendor selection, new program development and implementation; supervising and monitoring benefit administration; assisting with benefit communications; providing analytical and technical support in the delivery of benefit programs. Tasks Performed:Conduct research; prepare reports; complete benefit surveys; communicate benefit information; organize and ensure benefit information is maintained in worksite; and other duties as assigned or needed. Essential Functions:Investigate, analyze, and assist in the design of new benefit programs; improve existing programs; and supervise and monitor benefit administration. Office Environment. Overtime Required.
