Job DescriptionThis person will be dedicated to helping our customers explore, adopt and optimize Agile-lean processes, principles and practices.  This person will help coach our customers in the following Agile software development practices: - writing user stories - release and iteration planning - Scrum stand-up meetings - velocity and capacity planningWill be responsible for providing user story workshop, facilitate project meetings and work with Project Managers to give them a solid foundation in Agile / Scrum methodology.Will help develop, implement and maintain team metrics, evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements.Will coach teams and management towards improving Agile process and metrics, evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, developers and testers. We are looking for not just an expert at Agile team coordination, but someone who also has the experience with the application of Agile principles to one or more development disciplines; analysis, design, development, testing and management; and can relate principles, practices and the 'rules-of thumb' of performing these disciplines in an Agile environment.
