PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The SAVI Program Analyst assists the HQ SAVI Program Staff in managing and supporting the Navy's SAVI Program. As directed, the SAVI Program Analyst will: 1) Represent the CNIC Program Manager on accreditation or inspection teams, working group or assistance visits; 2) Support the Navy's Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Case Management System; 3) Participation in multi-level working groups; 4) Prepare draft reports, information/development papers and executive summaries; 5) Support/deliver web-based training for new/current Sexual Assault Response Coordinators at the Navy's Fleet & Family Support Centers; and 6) Develop curriculum and program implementation guidance to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the SAVI program.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Master's Degree in Education, with a focus on Adult Education
Extensive experience in program and policy development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong written and verbal skills, analytical assessment and effective communication
Strong background and knowledge of Sexual Assault Prevention & Intervention in Military/DOD setting
SKILLS:
Knowledge of Navy structure, CNIC's role in military Quality of Life programs and ability to understand activities at that level.
Ability to integrate headquarters, regional, installation and command requirements, input and efforts.
Knowledge of the methodologies used for studies and analyses and knowledge of how to use that information for program improvement.
Ability to assess program effectiveness, maintaining accurate statistical framework for program data collection and reports
Knowledge of military structure, with ability to work as a team member in a complex, multi-layered fast paced organization
Ability to respond quickly and professionally to new requirements.
Ability to perform HQ-level program analyses and conduct management briefings to supervisory personnel
Knowledge of the SAVI program and related programs
Knowledge of adult learning principles and demonstrated ability to develop SAVI programs materials
