Retail Merchandisers
Channel Partners is currently looking for highly motivated, responsible, and experienced merchandisers representing our various clients. This position plays a vital role in the introduction of new products as well as product merchandising in order to ensure our clients the best support available. Channel Partners is more than a retail marketing services agency. Our national network of high performance teams provides clients with expert, in-market representation to activate brands and generate product sell-through at retail. Channel Partners becomes the voice of the brand by building engaging retail and consumer programs and raising mindshare with field representatives, tapping into consumer emotions to deliver a relevant brand experience. Channel Partners programs and campaigns are deployed to drive sales and increase market share with measurable results for consumer technology, apparel, telecommunications and various other clients and retailers. We are currently working to expand our merchandising support staff. This is a part time position with variable hours, utilizing a flexible schedule and will run continuously upon training completion.
General Job Description: -Ensure that our client’s image is represented correctly; a professional appearance is required at all times. This individual must be highly organized and must be able to independently manage their account base.
-Cover a geographic territory, specific to the market, on a weekly basis. This will require limited travel.
-Tasks may include: new item cut-ins, pop placement, audits, surveys, rack or display assembly, schematic/pog compliance, section resets.
-Maintain regular contact with Field Supervisor through phone calls, conference calls, regular mailings, and field reporting.
-Comply with all program requests. Qualifications and Experience 1-2 years of prior Merchandising or Retailer experience required Must have a computer with internet/web access and the ability to send and receive email attachments.
Must have digital camera and ability to upload photos (training provided if needed) Reliable Transportation and insurance required
