Location: Enfield, CT3 MonthsJob Description : (Individual Contributor) Processes information or data. Information repository may
be electronic or paper. Responds to inquires/ problems by providing established
answers generally to individuals. Some incumbents may need licensing or certification
to comply with regulations. Additional Job Description : Processes complex Disability Income billing change service requests on numerous
systems. Provides customer service to clients via an 800#. Handles problem resolution
with internal and external business clients. Consults with appropriate resources
to determine and evaluate situations to identify action required in accordance with
corporate and regulatory requirements. Manages projects to support continuous improvement
of client/department procedures and process. Meets agreed upon turnaround times
on service requests and quality goals of those requests. Researches systems problems,
documents and communicates findings to internal and external business partners.
