Description:
Location: Philadelphia, PA1 YearThe position will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing professional
and leadership development projects, focused on front line employee up through the
management level. This will involve 12-14 training projects, which will result
in a total of 32-36 offerings over the next year. Potential training topics include: presentation skills, emotional intelligence,
conflict resolution, time management, and professionalism, as well as foundational
leadership development topics such as coaching and accountability.Beyond the design and facilitation, the individual will be responsible for managing
training project plans, timelines, registration, learning management system administration,
and tracking (participation, feedback, etc.) In preparation for each training project,
needs analysis of the population will be conducted. After each project, effectiveness
measurement will also be conducted.
