Description:
Senior Internal Auditor - Sarbanes Oxley Testing
This individual will be responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley testing including:
- Coordinating with Finance Management to obtain required information
- Test performance and effectiveness of controls
- Document all results in line with Corporate requirements and review with Audit Manager
- Communicate results of testing to control owners
- Identify areas of potential control improvement for discussion with the Audit Manager
Position Requirements
- Accounting/finance degree required, professional certification (CPA/CIA) highly desired
- 3+ years of Sarbanes Oxley testing and financial auditing experience required
- Big 4 experience or Sarbanes Oxley experience in a large organization highly desired
- Able to work independently with little management direction
- Able to effectively identify testing issues and clearly communicate them to management
-Paisley GRC software experience a plus
