Sales Representative - Jacksonville, FL.
 
The sales representative will align with current and prospective businesses to sell Panduit solutions.   As a strategic partner to their clients, the sales representative will assess market opportunities and develop business plans to meet objectives, they will conduct and provide analysis, forecasting and planning to maximize value add to the client.
 
The sales representative will be a key contributor in the following areas:
·      Lead and implement major sales initiatives, programs, incentive plans, and promotions.
·      Lead contract negotiations.
·      Manage projects involving Panduit data communications products.
·      Develop and work on dynamic target account list.
·      Create major growth in distributor and channel sales in the assigned trade area. 
 
Functions of the role:
·      Able to describe key characteristics of each vertical market and its segments within territory.
·      Experience penetrating accounts within these market segments. 
·      Experience calling on multiple types of customers (distributors, end users, consultants, systems integrators, and contractors) and at all levels of management(C-suite, division executives, line managers).
·      Has knowledge of multiple products and understands how they are bundled to create a solution.
·      Has implemented a target account list, and territory plan.  Is experienced with expense reporting, marketing tools, presentation techniques and lead tracking via CRM platform.
·      Has experience in executing multi-channel strategies for diverse products, services and markets. Can discuss the benefits, risks, and considerations for several sales channels.
