JOB SUMMARY
Researches and analyzes data in support of new processes and process modifications. Applies communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments and to assist in implementing new computer applications. Serves as liaison between the IT department and internal guests to resolve small application enhancement and
modification issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Any combination of post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology or related IT field and applications experience to equal seven years.
2. Ability to understand the business and technical requirements of a system and their impact on other systems.
3. Understanding of specific hardware/software platforms of assigned applications, e.g. Microsoft Server 2008, SQL, and SharePoint, unix, visual basic, SQL, and Client/Server.
4. Understanding of enterprise-wide analysis tools and techniques.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
1. Project management experience including: leadership; problem solving; technology; rick management;facilitation, communication; and issue management.
2. Gather, interpret and document requirements, facilitate meetings, assist the PM.
3. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
