Description:
The Assistant Branch Manager has direct responsibility for operations of the branch, including the management of tellers. The Assistant Branch Manager monitors performance and makes personnel decisions related to teller staffing, handles teller scheduling to effectively meet branch productivity and efficiency standards, assures customer service standards are achieved and is responsible for the staff adhering to operational compliance policies and procedures. The Assistant Branch Manager is a salesperson through and through and has experience with business to business sales. The Assistant Branch Manager provides required reporting related to operations and control. Security of equipment and inspections, financial controls, collections and loss handling, as well as daily opening and closing procedures are handled by the Assistant Branch Manager. The Assistant Branch Manager supplements platform sales and service responsibilities as required. In the absence of the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager assumes the overall supervision of the branch. Pay is up to 50K annually with $1500 bonus with each new account that is opened.
