Responsibilities 
Overall responsibility for driving the strategy on multiple brands
Proven ability to fully integrate multi-disciplinary teams within the Chemistry model
Become fully versed in product and therapeutic category
Be or become fully versed in all agency operations
Ability to interface with APP senior leadership to identify key agencies to work on brand within Chemistry model
Proven ability to manage large amounts of information and synthesize down to necessary action steps
Manage non-dedicated personnel (resource sharing) to cover workload and ensure maximum billability
Identify new business opportunity within existing and new clients
Identify CommonHealth and WPP partnership opportunities
Oversee successful program strategy, quality and implementation
Oversee growth and development of account team


Knowledge and Skills 
5+ years experience in agency account management/marketing/sales
College degree
Experience in working with and leading multi-faceted teams
Excellent communication and time management skills
Sound financial skills
