Registered Nurse (RN)/Wellness Director
Since 1994, Assisted Living Concepts has designed residences to be a true home to older adults who need some assistance with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing, and medication management. This combination of housing and services provides an affordable alternative that encourages independence for individuals who do not require the 24-hour continuous skilled nursing care provided by broader institutional health services providers. Our care givers treat each resident with respect and provide the care they need while fostering dignity and self-esteem in a home-like setting.
We currently have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse/Wellness Director to coordinate the clinical services at Pathfinder House in Fremont, Nebraska and Carter House in Blair Nebraska. This is a full time salaried position at 32 hours/week. Job responsibilities include:
· Assisting with staff training
· Resident assessments/case management
· Pharmacy coordination
· Assistance with quality assurance program
· Risk management & regulatory compliance
Job Requirements:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse, licensed in Nebraska, who possesses strong organizational, training, assessment and communication skills. Experience in geriatric nursing a plus.
