Our Consumer Media Group is looking to add an experienced advertising sales representative in each of these markets. Duties and Responsibilities: Based on territory assignment, generate new business from digital media agencies and direct clients.
Develop and manage a book of business, with requirement to achieve monthly quotas and adhere to activity performance metrics and standards.
Prospect, present, and close strategic advertising solutions including display advertising, integrations, and custom sponsorship opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and package custom solutions.
Generate and deliver best of breed client presentations and ad packages, along with supporting documentation.
Develop and maintain relationships within the digital media community, including participation in industry groups and events.
Travel within territory as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of digital media and: A minimum of 7 years of consultative Field selling experience
5+ years of online media advertising sales experience
Proven ability to grow ad sales revenue and exceed revenue goals by prospecting for new clients and growing existing relationships within a territory
Extensive contacts and relationships with leading digital agencies and clients interested in targeting consumers through online advertising
Comprehensive understanding of the online advertising marketplace
Experience creating innovative and turn-key sales proposals
Highly-developed written and verbal presentational skills
Willingness to travel when needed (up to 50% within territory)
High-level of computer literacy with fluency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency and accountability in use of Salesforce.com
