Operations Training Coordinator for General Contractor / Construction Management company
Requirements: Minimum of a 2 year degree (4 year degree preferred) and 5+ years experience in a fast paced, multi-location construction or manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience training skilled craft workers and coordinating training programs for professional Engineers and Managers is required.
Responsibilities include: Training schedules, employee attendance and record keeping using ABRA, administrative support to various Operations Managers, skills training, and the development and ongoing support of a robust SME Network of internal trainers through assistance with training plan development, co-training assistance, and maintaining complete records of same.
Computer Proficiency: Contract Manager (Expedition) Software, Timberline Financial Software, Primavera Planning Software; LEED AP Test Preparation
Construction Skills including Blue Print Reading Surveying; Pipe Fitting; Form Carpentry; and Concrete Finishing would be extremely beneficial.
