Chenega Technology Services CorporationJob DescriptionCompany Job Title: CAT – Instructor SME I Chenega Job Title: Instructor ILocation: Luke AFB, AZReports To: Program ManagerFLSA Status: Regular, Full-time, ExemptSummaryThe candidate will perform as a platform and positional instructor for CRC entry level Weapons Director and Surveillance technician IQT training. Instructor will prepare, conduct, revise, and adapt lesson materials to support 607ACS command and control course syllabi. Typical classroom size varies between 10-14 adult students.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position1. Prepare, conduct, revise, and adapt lesson plan/materials to support course syllabi.2. Candidate will have to provide classroom instruction to students in a classroom setting.3. Candidate will be responsible for updating materials based on command and control policy or course syllabi changes, as necessary. 4. Other duties as assignedSupervisionThere may be some supervisory responsibilities with this position.Minimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Education and/or Experience• Associate's degree from an accredited civilian school is required or shall be obtained within twelve (12) months of employment start date. • Applicant must have three (3) years accumulated instructor experience, attended a recognized instructor school such as Academic Instructor School (AIS), or have obtained an education degree targeted toward platform instruction.• Candidate must have three (3) years experience as a Theater Air Control System (TACS) Modular Control Equipment (MCE) Operator.• Candidate must have two (2) years experience with AN/TYQ-23 (V.2 or V.3) operations.Computer SkillsMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance: • SecretChenega Corporation is an EOE.
