Work is performed under minimum supervision, and employee consults with supervisor only for initial job assignment and where departures from standard practices are involved. Operates and maintains audio/visual presentation systems consisting of video/data projectors, video tape players and recorders, still frame video recording, video scanners, audio reinforcement, other electronic imaging devices and related equipment, to run one or two briefings independently or simultaneously.Performs still photography in color, black and white, infrared or other specialized processes, which is characterized by the need to use highly specialized equipment and techniques to obtain therequired results.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position1. Supports full service video production team.2. Supports all aspects of video production lighting, shooting, editing and 3D animations utilizing 3D Max or Adobe tools and products.3. Supports video completion to include closed or open captioning.4. Transcription and closed or open captioning.5. File conversion, dubbing and small 1-2 day projects as well as video documentation associated with customer major construction project and DVD duplication services for in-house produced products.6. Provide assistance to other team members with professional 3D graphics and animations designed to enhance videos.7. Provide assistance to team with video recorded and editing of various events, programs and creation of DVDs with interactive menus.8. Assist with DVD and/or CD duplication, create 3D images.9. Take aerial or still photography as needed.10. File encoding for web and power point usage. 11. Create 3D animated studios and static backgrounds for green screen use.12. Assist in producing, shooting, directing, writing and editing materials.13. Works closely with customers to generate story content.14. Produce broadcast-quality video productions used for educational, instructional, and public information for agency-wide dissemination.15. Edit unclassified and classified video productions and animations.16. Caption productions to meet federal guidelines.17. Archive production data.18. Operate Panasonic HD p2 cameras in studio and on location.19. Other duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job may have supervisory responsibilities to supervise employees in the Media Presentations Section.Minimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or 5+ years of related experience.Experience with all aspects of production including producing, editing, writing and shooting.Computer SkillsMicrosoft OfficeCertificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance: Must have a valid driver's license .TS/SCI security clearance.Chenega Corporation is an EOE.
