TITLE: Senior Analyst, Agricultural Portfolio Management (Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, LLC - Orlando, FL) JOB CODE: 7902 DUTIES: Manage client portfolios, direct client interaction, review financial statements to assess credit quality and risk in agricultural operations and agribusiness facilities for agricultural loans, and assist in the agricultural underwriting process. Provide management oversight as well as guidance and training to junior analysts. Perform statistical research and financial modeling to analyze and interpret financial data of agribusiness operations and agricultural commodities as part of the underwriting/structuring for new agricultural real estate loans. Perform marketing activities for business development and assist Regional VP in annual activities related to capital budgeting on equity properties managed for third-party investors. Provide pricing recommendations for structuring new transactions. Review required due diligence documentation from pre-closing to closing of agricultural loans. Review legal documentation to administer loan closing process for agricultural loans. Monitor covenant compliance and financial covenants. Participate in loan committee presentations for final approval of Agricultural loan transactions. Participate in agricultural real estate appraisal process by reviewing external third-party appraisals for completeness and valuation accuracy and performing internal valuations of agricultural real estate collateral.
