Description:
This DIRECT HIRE position is working in a NW OKC mortage servicing center.
$10-12/HR
8a-5p
Must pass a credit check, background check, and drug screen test.

This position is responsible for monthly follow-up on repayment plans in Loss Mitigation. This follow-up includes loan level research, system documentation and customer contact.
This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have the ability to complete detailed research, solve problems and effectively communicate with customers, other departments and management. Superior time management skills are required.
Must be previous call center, Customer Service, or collections experience. Seeking stable work history and excellent work references. Prefer 2-4yrs strong clerical work background with call center interaction.
