We are seeking a Help Desk Technician for one of our DADE COUNTY clients. * Desktop support and set up * Maintain anti-virus software * Monitor and troubleshoot printers * Develop and maintain network rights, user accounts and groups * Call for repairs on hardware * Support European end users * Develop documentation as needed * Able to pass drug screen and background check * Ability to finish projects will minimal instructions Must be A+ Certified.
